The Global Dialogue Center
What's fantastic about the communications era in which we now live is the ability to share ideas across time zones in an instant and to leave those ideas "out there" in a more or less permanent fashion (this blog is an example). In doing so we can create relationships with people whom we've never actually met, but with whom we can develop a strong connection.
One such forum for the development and sharing of creative ideas that can help change the world is the Global Dialogue Center (www.globaldialoguecenter.com). It's been my extreme good fortune to come to know - without having ever met her in person - Debbe Kennedy, GDC's founder. Debbe is an amazing person. Her vision is to create a space where people from around the world can gather in a virtual meeting place to exchange ideas and to learn from one another. I believe she has done just that with the GDC. I strongly encourage you to check it out.
Recently, Debbe and I chatted about some of the "meaning" ideas that I've written about here and elsewhere. You can listen to the podcast of that conversation at http://www.globaldialoguecenter.com/chriskenny. I would welcome your feedback on that conversation. More important, please go to (and pariticpate in) the Global Dialogue Center. It is a space where relationships - and meaning - are found.
