Viktor Frankl once wrote that “striving to find a meaning in one’s life is the primary motivational force in man” (Man’s Search for Meaning). My role is to help business leaders (re)connect to their organization’s deeper meaning and purpose and, from this bedrock of meaning, build a self-managed, profitable, sustainable organization that is driven to succeed. My background as an attorney, an entrepreneur, an educator (I am a member of the Society for Business Ethics and teach a course on business ethics at the University of New Mexico) and expert facilitator have provided me with the skills to help business leaders succeed. My passion for doing something worthwhile fuels my desire to help these types of businesses thrive.
